EMBS Engineering is in partnership with an engineering company located in Derbyshire that manufactures using a range of different engineering technologies to create and develop specialist components to be supplied into Defence, Aerospace, Industrial, Power and a range of high profile markets.
Due to our client's increased workload, they are looking to expand their team and are currently seeking a Ream and Clean operative. This position will be based at their site in Derby, where you will have the opportunity to work in a clean and advanced manufacturing environment.

Due to our client's increased workload, they are looking to expand their team and are currently seeking a Ream and Clean operative. This position will be based at their site in Derby, where you will have the opportunity to work in a clean and advanced manufacturing environment.
What experience do you need?
- Previous experience as a Ream & Clean Operative or similar role is preferred
- Worked within the Aerospace industry
- Ability to perform various methods such as deburring, linishing, finishing, polishing, grinding
- Experience with Blast and Barrel and / or Pin Check inspection would be desirable
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
