About the role;
EMBS Engineering are looking for a Production Administrator to work for a manufacturing business that supports high profile engineering companies.

As a Production Administrator you report directly to the Business Development Manager and provide administrative support. Responsibilities will include supporting customers, internal sales teams, production management and various stakeholders with a wide range of administrative tasks.
The role will require you to deal with telephone enquiries, process customer sales orders, support with customer queries and update works order schedules accordingly. As a Production Administrator, you will update the internal database with the order status ensuring data is captured accurately.

Experience and skills required for the role includes;

• Experience of working within a similar role
• IT skills - Microsoft packages, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Confidence liaising with customers, internal sales teams, suppliers, production management and various stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both externally with customers & internally with colleagues
• Adaptable to dealing with changing requests and challenges 
• Willingness to support other areas within the business with a wide range of administrative tasks
