EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a precision engineering company located in Tamworth, working on a permanent basis.

Our client manufactures small to medium-sized complex precision components for high-profile customers within a wide range of market-leading companies, therefore, we require an Assembly Operative to join their existing talent team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• As an Assembly Operative, you will be working closely within a team to build precision engineered components for some high-profile industries.
• You will be required to build parts to a high specification, ensuring quality checks are completed.
• Working on a state of the art assembly line to build components using torque wrenches and other hand tools/machines.

• Minimum 1 year assembly experience
• Worked within an Engineering / Complex manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering / technical drawings
• Able to use hand held assembly tools (Torque Wrenches etc)
• Experience of working with stainless steel, aluminium, titanium etc
